HOW IT WORKS
Paracetamol and Ibuprofen target pain and inflammation via different routes. When administered as a combination preserve the same safety as mono therapy.
Paracetamol:
It is the most widely used analgesic and antipyretic worldwide. Paracetamol is very efficient in easing mild to moderate types of pain and achieves this by preventing the pain messages from getting through to the brain.
Ibuprofen:
Ibuprofen belongs to a class of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It relieves pain and reduces inflammation (swelling, redness or soreness). The way it works is by blocking the formation of a certain group of inflammatory regulators called prostaglandins. By stopping their production, the inflammation is eliminated over a period of time.
HOW TO TAKE
- Take 1 or 2 tablets with a full glass of water.
- Repeat dose every 6 hours, as required, up to a maximum of 6 tablets in 24hours (Paracetamol 3000mg / day and Ibuprofen 900mg / day).
- Not recommended for use beyond 3 days. Consult a doctor if the symptoms persist or worsen or if the product is required for more than 3 days.
